Sophia is an Assistant Producer working in Nine Lives since 2015. She was originally selected as a Creative Access Intern (15/16) at Nine Lives – a scheme that places ethnic minority creative into the media industry. Sophia studied at The University of Central Lancashire and received a First Class Honours and Best Overall Performance Award for her (BA) in Film and Media Studies. Sophia was nominated for a Children's BAFTA after researching "My Life: Hike To Happiness". It received a BANFF award and a RTS North West award for Best Children's Documentary.
