BBC One - 60 minutes

Britain now has 300,000 mobility scooters on its roads and pavements – more than any other country in Europe. This warm and witty documentary for BBC One explores how the machines give independence to many users. But as drivers don’t have to be insured and don’t have to have training, they can cause problems – particularly when they clash with pedestrians.
