Rice: How Safe Is Your Food?

We are eating more rice than ever before – but do you know what’s lurking in your bowl? Many varieties of the rice we eat are contaminated with low levels of naturally occurring arsenic. Although there are strict limits to the arsenic level permitted in water, there is currently no maximum level for our food. Morland Sanders reveals the results of tests that show some popular products contain higher levels than will be permitted under new proposed limits.
