When 34-year-old American JoAnne Fluke was born, doctors thought she would only live for 72 hours. Her dad Bobby Joe fainted at the sight of her webbed legs, the main sign of her genetic condition called caudal regression syndrome. But despite JoAnne having only tiny legs, she is ferociously independent.
