Britain's Benefits Undercover

Channel 4 - 30 minutes

But the roll out is massively behind its original schedule with just 35,000 claiming when 2 million were scheduled to be on Universal Credit, and critics say the IT system is not fit for purpose. Dispatches went undercover to find out the truth and found that staff were being taught not to let some claimants know about their full entitlements.
